Request deletion of your personal data
Delete Your Nomi Account & Data
When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your profile information (name, photos, bio)
- Your matches and conversations
- Your preferences and settings
- Your swipe history
- All messages you've sent
⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Data
Option 1: Through the App
1. Log in to Nomi
2. Go to Profile → Settings
3. Click "Delete Account"
4. Confirm deletion
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to privacy@nomi.app with:
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your registered email address
- Confirmation that you want all data deleted
Option 3: Facebook Settings
You can also remove Nomi's access through Facebook:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find Nomi and click "Remove"
- Select "Delete all posts, photos, and videos on Facebook that Nomi may have published on your behalf"
Data Deletion Timeline
After receiving your request:
- Immediate: Your profile is hidden from other users
- Within 24 hours: Your data is marked for deletion
- Within 30 days: All data is permanently deleted from our servers
You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
